Vedhika to make Bollywood debut with Emraan Hashmi's film

Vedhika, who worked in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada, She set to foray into Bollywood with Emraan Hashmi-starrer "The Body". She says she was waiting for the right project. The film will be directed by Jeetu Joseph and will be produced by Sunir Kheterpal of Azure Entertainment and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.

The actress, who earned prominence with Tamil period drama "Paradesi", was chosen for the role in "The Body" after a nationwide hunt and several auditions. She said that "I'm very excited and thankful to the director Jeetu Joseph, producer Sunir Kheterpal for this opportunity. I can't wait to start this exciting journey with fabulous actor and I look forward to working with him
"Vedhika's character is of a young college-going girl who has this innocence about her. She fits the role beautifully,"  Said by Joseph

Jyothika as a radio jockey

  Jyothika Pooja for Kaatrin Mozhi Jyothika began shooting on Monday for her next titled Kaattrin Mozhi, a remake of Bollywood hit Tumhari Sulu. Directed by well known Radha Mohan who gave Jothika   career one of evergreen   best movie Mozhi, the film is produced by Dhananjeyan. A huge apartment complex set Was erected in the Chennai where shooting commenced with Jyothika, Vidarth, MS Bhaskar, Manobala, Kumaravel and Mohanram   features in the movie. Lakshmi Manchu also plays a Guest   role beside Uma Padmanabhan, Seema Taneja and Sindhu. AR Rahman's relation   A.H.Kaashif composes the music. Suriya and Sivakumar were spotted at Pooja that took place this Monday morning prior to the shoot. Kaala release in Karnataka:

No sign of advance booking despite HC asking government to provide security: The Karnataka High Court on Today June 5, Ordered the state government to provide security for the Cinema theatres which will screen Kaala and asked to take adequate measures to ensure Caution incidents take place in the state.  The Prodecure of Movie had approached the Karnataka High Court, seeking an order restraining the Karnataka government and Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce from preventing the film's release in the state on June 7.  Pro-Kannada groups are against the release of Kaala in Karnataka for Rajinikanth's stand on Cauvery.Nonetheless, the theatres are yet to take a call on the screening and there is no sign of advance booking. "We are not sure about the release.
