Veere Di Wedding Keeps down Irumbu Thirai collection at Chennai box office   The Bollywood Bebo Kareena Kapoor's multi-starrer Veere Di Wedding Went a good opening at the Chennai box office. The real fact that Hindi lanuage has performed good than the newly-released Tamil films.Veere Di Wedding had collected Rs 53.87 lakh from 102 shows at the Chennai box office, reports. Kaala pre-release business: Rajinikanth's film mints Rs 230 crore  Rajinikanth's Kaala has made a record business even before the release. In fact, the Tamil movie has generated more revenue than the superstar's previous film Kabali. From the theatrical rights' sale, Dhanush, Kaala's producer, has minted Rs 155 crore. The Procedure have earned Rs 60 crore from the Tamil Nadu distribution rights,Rs 33 crore from the Andhra and Telangana rights, Rs 10 crore from the Kerala and Rs 7 crore from rest of India itself .  The overseas rights have fetched Rs 45 crore for the producer. It has to be noted that the Karnataka rights have not been taken into consideration as the distributor has backed out from releasing the film. No sign of advance booking despite HC asking government to provide security: The Karnataka High Court on Today June 5, Ordered the state government to provide security for the Cinema theatres which will screen Kaala and asked to take adequate measures to ensure Caution incidents take place in the state.  The Prodecure of Movie had approached the Karnataka High Court, seeking an order restraining the Karnataka government and Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce from preventing the film's release in the state on June 7.  Pro-Kannada groups are against the release of Kaala in Karnataka for Rajinikanth's stand on Cauvery.Nonetheless, the theatres are yet to take a call on the screening and there is no sign of advance booking. "We are not sure about the release. Dhanush Condoles His Fan’s Demise In The Sterlite Killings: Actor Dhanush is currently in Paris preparing for the international project, ‘The Extraordinary Journey of The Fakir’ but he is still connected to his fans back home. The actor took to Twitter and mourned the death of his fan, who died in the protests against the Sterlite copper plant in Tuticorin district of Tamil Nadu. The incident has claimed the lives of 14 people this far. One of the members of Dhanush’s welfare association was among the civilians who lost his life during the protest. Dhanush posted a condolence message in Tamil on Twitter. It read, “The death of S.Ragu (a) Kaaliyappan has deeply saddened me. I would like to deliver my deepest condolences to his family. Once I return to India, I will visit his house and family members.
